These protein cookies are nut-free, gluten free, egg-free, dairy-free and do not have any artificial sweeteners. They are really tasty to have at breakfast with coffee or tea.

Steps:

  1. Using a handheld blender or fork, blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Drop heaping spoonfuls on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
  3. Press them down with a fork to flatten them.

  4. Bake them at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes, or until they look golden on top and are cooked through.
  5. Take them out and put them someplace to cool. Enjoy.
