Photo Description
During the summer months here on the island you can walk out at dusk and see the sun set over the water and also view the full moon rising at the same time. This night the sky was so clean and the moon was so bright as I sat and watched the sun set over the lagoon and the moon rise at the same time. The look of the moon that started to rise had a special effect seeing it through the old dead tree that lived in the river.

Thank you so much. At this time of the year, you can watch the sunset and the moonrise at the same time. Then in the morning as the sun rises the moon is setting over the lagoon.

I do too, that was what made the picture look so great. I had a few other photos but this one seemed to capture the moon the best.
