Topping
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water and allow cooling. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place gelatin mix, caster sugar, and egg whites into a mixing bowl and beat until firm and fluffy.
Arrange into a Pavlova shape on the baking sheet, and allow to sit for 10 minutes, then chill until set. Beat cream and caster sugar till thickened. Top Pavlova with cream and fruit as desired.

I would be very careful about this recipe as this is using raw egg whites. Not suitable especially for children and seniors.
If you are concerned about raw egg whites, you could purchase eggs that are already pasturized. They are commonly available. You might also be able to buy pasturized egg whites in a container.
What is caster sugar? The same as what we in the US call "powdered sugar"?
Caster sugar is also known as superfine or 10x sugar. It is often sold to be used in drinks as it dissolves very quickly.
My mixture doesn't whipped thick, the procedure was easy but the mixture doesn't beat right
