I live in Oklahoma and receive disability benefits. My child receives benefits from my disability. The amount is over $900.00 per month, or half of my benefit amount. Is it possible for the court to order me to pay more?

Talk to your local Child Support Enforcement Office. They will know more about this than we do. Or else talk to your attorney.
No question on this site is a dumb question. We're all just trying to find answers to life's questions the best way we know how. Hang in there girl.
Hi - you do not say where your disability payments come from. (?) The answer will probably be complex and depend on many things - starting with the amount of your court ordered payments for child support, and if you are receiving additional income.
Start with child services but you may need an attorney to tell you everything you need to know as child support payments depend on many things and only an attorney will be on your side and still know the rights and needs of your child.
