Does anyone have a formula that would substitute for the jet cleaning solution, called HQ200, used with the Norelco electric shavers?

I use a much less expensive substitute called Shaver Shebang from organekliving.com.
Time to head over to ole reliable: Amazon.com I just bought two 10 oz bottles of HQ200 for $5 a bottle.
