Nu Wave has a temperature selection from one to ten. How do I know what the temperature is if I select a number from one to ten? For example what temperature is it if I choose number five?

This information is in the manual of the NU Wave oven if you still have it. Otherwise, here is a conversion table from a Nu Wave Manual.
NOTE: Nu-Wave Oven uses lower cooking
temperatures to prevent burning of the
foods
while promoting faster cooking.
The following is the relation between the
power level and the inside temperature for
your reference :
Power Level Oven temperature
10(HI) 350 °F / 177 °C
9 325 °F / 163 °C
8 300 °F / 149 °C
7 275 °F / 135 °C
6 250 °F / 120 °C
5 225 °F / 106 °C
4 200 °F / 92 °C
3 175 °F / 78 °C
2 150 °F / 64 °C
1 125 °F / 50 °C
One recipe book for Nuwave calls for 425 - 450 degrees in some recipes. Also for food (tortillas) that would be 16 inches across and then for using spray oil sprayed on food already in oven.
