Baby oil is only mineral oil, vegetable oil is, well, oil from vegetables-corn, cotton seed, olives, etc. Both can be used to remove labels and tags. Sometimes one may work better than the other, depending upon the label or tag adhesive type.
Peanut butter is all you need. It's a sure thing in many homes. PBP
