Great, tasty burgers!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 can onion soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- dash pepper
- 6 hamburger buns, toasted and buttered
Directions:
- In skillet, brown beef and celery in shortening. Stir to separate meat particles.
- Add soup, water, ketchup, and seasonings. Simmer about 10-15 minutes or until desired consistency. Stir now and then.
- Serve on buns.
