I am in need of some advice. I am so confused on what color do my faucets and hardware need to be if I'm doing white cabinets, a light sage green walls and this countertop. Hubby wants stainless steel appliances but I feel like if we do stainless steel appliances, I can't do the matte black hardware on my cabinets? Any input is appreciated.

" Why Not" There are at least 2 dozen reasons why this will work and compliment your home , even with your paint color. Here's a look -www.bing.com/
You could certainly do the matte black hardware. It would look good. Other choices are shiny chrome, matte chrome and brass.
I don't see anything wrong with matte hardware against stainless steel? It would look nice still.
Pretty granite. The color combination sounds fine IMHO.
There used to be a saying; 'Black goes with anything' but I have not heard it used in a long time. I believe it was used mostly with clothes/accessories and I think it probably still applies.
The room should meet your needs and reflect your style if you are going to be enjoying it!! So if you want black hardware, go for it!! The only time decorating can be tricky is if you are staging something to sell. Then you have to go with what the "experts" suggest. The rest of the time...make your space yours and enjoy it!! There is no such thing as "decorating police" to stop you!! Blessings!!
I think matte black hardware on white cabinets would look attractive and add a sophisticated vibe to the kitchen. That type of hardware would also be very complementary to the gorgeous countertop you've selected.
