Years ago I went to an Amish dinner and a dessert they served was made with orange jello and tapioca. It was served cold or chilled. Anyone have the recipes.
Thank you!

Orange Tapioca Recipe
This sounds like what you may have had, my family loves this and I always get requests for lunches at work and church dinners!
- 1 pkg orange jello
- 1 box cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 1 box cook and serve tapioca pudding
Cook these with 2 1/2 cups water over medium heat until thick. Cool. Add 8 oz cool whip and 2 small cans of mandarin oranges. Chill. (07/14/2005)

Orange Tapioca Recipe
Here is my recipe:
- 2 small boxes tapioca
- 1 small box orange gelatin
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1-8 oz container cool whip
- 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
Combine juice from oranges with water enough to make 3 cups. Add tapioca and gelatin and cook until thick. Cool! Then fold in marshmallows and cool whip. Yummy! (07/14/2005)
