A quick fix for you could be a blow up mattress,everything comes in the box. You also could advertise online for a donated barely used bed!
Ask churches and Freecycle. Thrift stores often give items to people in need.
Mattresses are tricky because you don't want bedbugs, you will need help getting them to your place and installed, and you need to make sure you get the right size for your space.
First pass is to see if friends or family whose homes you know to be clean and pest free can help. Hopefully someone has a truck or van or can get them safely strapped to the car roof and can get them to you and to where they need to be in your home.
Second pass is to talk to your church or religious organization (if you do belong to one or if not, maybe check around to see if any of them have programs to help with this). They often have everything in place to get them to you (verified clean and safe) and installed.
Third is you could always set up a Go Fund me and tell your story about what is going on in your life and the ASK for the help that you need.
Figure out how much a new bed, springs and frame are and then ask friends to donate to that goal. Even small amounts can add up to get you brand a new mattress and frame. If you go this route, the store typically does delivery and set up so you don't have to worry about that.
People can be quite generous if you ask. Often times people don't know you even need help and by gently asking with a Go Fund me, they can help in a way that is meaningful to you!
Prayers! Post back with an update.
I have seen a lot of air bed advertised for as low as $39 which is a great deal. I love these beds and they are perfect for people on a budget and can't afford to pay hundreds of dollars for a bedroom set. Other than this you can check on Freecycle in your area and see if anyone is offering to give away any beds. Just keep in mind beds can come with bugs and might not always be that clean to sleep on.
There are several problems with asking for free bedding.
Pghgirl has listed the problems such as;
cleanliness/bedbugs
Pick up and delivery - almost nobody helps load and unload for free - check signs at all thrift stores and Craigslist/Freecycle and others.
You will need a 'certain' size for your space and you will also need linens - maybe you have pillows.
Churches will many times try to help someone but usually it's for their members but it doesn't hurt to ask as they may have someone to help with delivery also.
Try asking on Nextdoor.com as these are families who live in your area and if they can help, delivery might be available.
