I am a university student and have a small dorm room, in an apartment style with 5 other girls, so all I own is in my bedroom (dishes aside, though that might change with how many my roommates break). I just can't seem to find space for anything. I am not allowed to put holes in the wall, paint or use any tape other than painters tape. I am getting tired of the white walls and messy room. Any ideas, thoughts that won't cost much being that almost all my funds go to school.

My daughters got bed risers for their dormrooms. The risers go under the legs of the bed to make the bed higher. Then, they put the rubbermade type stackable drawer things under there for additional storage. They drawer things held their snacks, kitchen items, class supplies and more.
