This salad is one of my personal favorites! I love the crunch that comes with it!
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. coleslaw with carrots
- 5 green onions, diced
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 pkg. Ramen noodles
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Dressing:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- Ramen noodles spice packet
Directions:
Mix together slaw, onions, chestnuts, and pepper. Whip dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Before serving, add broken up noodles and almonds.
