Ingredients:
Dressing: (Mix one day ahead)
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- spice packets from 2 pkgs. chicken ramen noodles
Salad:
- 1 med. head cabbage
- 4 sliced green onions
- 1 1/2 cup toasted, slivered almonds
- 1/4 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 2 pkgs. ramen noodles, uncooked, crumbled
Directions:
Mix cabbage and green onions. Right before serving, stir in remaining ingredients and toss with dressing.
