Other Uses for Window Shrink Wrap

In our home, we have to cover the air conditioner windows with the shrink wrap for the cold weather. Our windows are an odd size so there are unusual sized pieces of the plastic leftover. We always kept them in the box.

We needed a quick gift wrap for a hard to wrap gift this holiday season. I grabbed the box of window plastic, wrapped the gift like a gift basket and shrunk the wrap and it was perfect.

Later on the same day, we were doing some storage and needed to group some like things together. Again the odd sized plastic window shrink wrap worked. We wrapped the things together, hit them with the hair dryer and they were like the delivery palettes in stores. Worked great and I felt better not wasting those odd shaped pieces
