This is a yummy casserole-type dish. Very nice because not only is it tasty, but it is easily prepared one day and served the next, hence it's name.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. uncooked macaroni
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 sm. can or jar of pimento
- 2 cup chicken, diced
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Put in a large casserole and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and mix well. Top with bread crumbs, potato chips or Chinese noodles. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
