There was already a question with a similar bump here: www.thriftyfun.com/
I don't think it's a wart.
And I don't think it's Calcinosis.
I assume it is Herpetic Whitlow, but of course only a doctor can determine exactly what it is by examining it.
Herpetic Whitlow symptoms are described as "a painful
swollen ... finger partially covered with multiple small
pustules" pdfs.semanticscholar.org/
But I see it can be with one pustule too www.hivindv.org/
Herpetic whitlow (whitlow finger) is a painful infection of the finger caused by the herpes virus.
It is caused by a virus called herpes simplex.
Do not touch your finger the infection can spread easily;
do not touch other parts of your body or other people with your infected finger;
do not try to drain the fluid this can cause the infection to spread;
do not use contact lenses you could spread the infection to your eye.
Keep your finger clean and covered with a dressing.
Go to your doctor.
Any change in the skin should be examined by a physician.
Best to have it checked by a medical professional. They can aspirate it safely if needed. Dyi can lead to infection. Post back with an update.
I would go ahead and have a doctor look at it , it is possible you have been bitten by an insect and it looks like it has turned into a poisonous head, you might have to have it drained .
