I am wanting to know what is required to paint 2 pack paint over a chrome surface, but still retain the chrome under tones. Is there an adhesion that should be sprayed onto the chrome first so the 2 pack paint can adhere successfully?

You need to clean the chrome, sand it, prime and paint. Instructions are here: www.google.com/
I have never heard of two pack paint...is this what you are referring to:

This is no help, as when you prime, you will loose the sheen, the above picture is the finish we need, with the chrome showing through the paint. We don't want to lose the sheen by etching it.
