Mint green or yellow would be lovely.
Take your counter and floor colors into consideration also and think in the terms of 3s...a dark, a light, a medium.
We have dark brown cabinets and a medium blue counter and dark blue floor so we went with a very light yellow/cream paint. It looks amazing.
In my old kitchen, I had (the light) white cabinets and counter tops, a dark blue floor and my walls were a medium shade of tan/taupe.
