Wax deposits were removed from the wall, but grease soaked into the wall surface and left small marks. Which now I don't accept emulsioning over. How can I remove the residue?

Go to any paint or hardware store and ask for a product with TSP in it. This will remove grease and other dirt from the walls
Depending on your wall, what I would try is wiping the area down with acetone (nail polish remover) or paint thinner, something that will cut the grease. Or you can also purchase specific products, like those suggested here by others.
Some people even think that a simple dishsoap/water solution will work, as will a 1/2 vinegar to 2/3 water solution will as well.
You will need to get a special wall cleaner for this type of grease and wash the walls. Afterwards, you'll need to prime the walls first before you can paint them again.
It is important to remove the grease spots prior to painting. Painting over grease will not remove the problem and it'll reappear as the grease will soak the new paint.
