How and when did you get your pet?
About 11 years ago a pregnant calico cat came to my home in search of food, water, and shelter. My dad made a wooden house for my backyard deck where she gave birth just a few weeks later to five beautiful kittens. I decided to keep the black and white male since he was the first one to use the litter box. I had the mother spayed before finding her and the other kitties homes.
What does your pet like to do for fun?
My cat loves to lie on the back of the sofa and watch the world go by. He also loves to chase a laser light and play with his Cat Dancer wand. He's not as active as he used to be since he's a senior now, but he still likes to have fun.
Do you have anything else to share about your pet?
I wanted to name him 'Spot', but my daughter wanted to name our black and white kitten 'panda bear' because he looked like her stuffed panda. We call him 'Panda'.

So neat! 11 years young..
My family's cats have all lived long healthy lives (17 -19 years) so
11 is still young.
