Paper Airplane Centerpiece

June 28, 2010

I used scrapbook paper in my school colors to make a paper-airplane centerpiece. I made about twelve airplanes and glued them to chopsticks. I spray painted a leftover flower vase with chalkboard paint, wrote all over it with crayons and chalk, and arranged the airplanes in it. All of the paper I used was leftover from other projects, the vase was old, and I bought the chalkboard spray paint half price from the local craft store.

My total cost was about $3.00. I could have made many more centerpieces if needed. You could use any type of paper - newspaper, typing paper, construction paper, or wrapping paper for endless opportunities!
