I am fond of keeping things thinking I might be able to make something useful out of it. I found this plastic cup dome lid which gave me an idea of making a parachute craft to display in my kids room.
Supplies:
- Colored papers (assorted)
- picture of your face
- yarn / wool
- Glue
- filted pen
- sticky tape
- plastic dome lid / small disposable bowl
Steps:
- Draw a human figure in a piece of colored paper and cut it out.
- Make additional details using a different colored paper.
- Cut out the face in the picture and attach it into the head of your human figure. Set aside.
- Take the dome lid and make a small hole on the center top of it.
- Make a hole on the four sides with equal distance.
- Insert a piece of yarn into the hole. Secure it with a knot on the bottom.
- Do the same with all four holes on the side.
- Cover the dome with strips of colored paper.
- Now, attach the bottom ends of the 4 strings into the back of your human figure and it's done!
- Hang it anywhere you like.
