For Garlic and Parmesan lovers everywhere ;-)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place the potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil; add the garlic, seasoning salt, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan and toss until evenly coated. Remove the potato strips from the bowl and spread onto a nonstick baking sheet in a single layer. Set the olive oil mixture aside.
Bake 30 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle the potatoes with remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and slightly drizzle with a bit more of the remaining stirred olive oil mixture. Return to the oven and bake until the sprinkled Parmesan cheese melts, about 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat two 9 x 13 inch baking dishes with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well and set aside.
Peel potatoes and cut into large bite-size pieces. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag. Place a few potatoes in the bag at a time, moisten with water, and shake until coated.
These yummy potatoes are a hit with everybody! You can make it personal and add other spices if you wish.
