I have a Welbuilt bread maker Model ABM3300. I need to replace all of the moving parts at the bottom of the bread pan, or perhaps an intact functioning bread pan.

These are really nice bread machines so I can see why you would wish to repair it instead of purchasing a new one.
Welbilt Bread Machines were produced by Appliance Co. of America in Hong Kong. The manufacturer stopped producing the units in 2001.
You will not find very many of even used machines for sale any more.
You should send a message to this company and maybe they can supply what you need but better still, they may tell you which way to go with the repairs and provide instructions (just in case you have problems).
Another suggestion would be to contact your local Sears Service Center to see if they sell these parts. If they do you could take your machine to their shop and ask them to look at it and tell you which parts you need.
eBay has parts : www.ebay.com/
I think this is the best site to search for your parts. You can't buy just any part and you need the correct one to fit the machine. On this site, they have a listing of all the parts and paddles that fit the different makes and models of these machines.
