My pup got parvo at 6 months old. We took her to the vet the first day she showed symptoms and she was kept there from the Monday till Sunday. By that Tuesday you wouldn't have even know she had been ill. She was running about playing, eating, and drinking just like she used to.
She has been home 3 and a half weeks now and she's been sick 3 times in the past week and a half. She's still her happy energetic self and she's eating and drinking and she does not have diarrhoea.
The sick is whole chunks of meat so I'm hoping it's where she's just not chewing her food (she's a tiny Chihuahua). Is this something I should be worried about?
I would be grateful for any help.

If you have any doubt as to the health of your pet, especially since you just went through parvo, the best thing to do would be to contact the vet.
It is normal for dogs to not chew their food. They bolt their food whole. You might want to try a different food with smaller pieces.
I should have mentioned that you could try feeding your dog smaller quantities but more often. Also there are dog food dishes that force the dog to eat more slowly. Either of those might help.
