Bananas are almost everywhere where we live. The best thing is that you can cook them in many ways; from pancakes, to cakes and bread. You can even make doughnuts out of them. This recipe is simple and healthy.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 pcs ripe banana
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1/2 cup oil (for frying)

Steps:
- Mash ripe bananas then set aside.

- Place flour in a mixing bowl. Add yeast to the flour.

- Then the sugar. Mix until well combined.

- Add in half of the mashed bananas and 1/4 cup of oil.

- Gradually pour the water and mix very well.

- Scoop a spoon of the mixture and flatten in a greased pan or plate. Then chill for about 30 minutes.

- Meanwhile in another bowl, mix together milk and the remaining mashed banana.

- Add 1 egg (this is optional). Mix very well to blend mixture evenly.

- Grease pan with a small amount of oil. Pour mixture into the pan.

- Stir mixture while boiling. This is to avoid milk from getting overcooked.

- Continue stirring until mixture is thick.

- Remove from pan and chill.
