  1. Mash ripe bananas then set aside.

  3. Place flour in a mixing bowl. Add yeast to the flour.

  9. Gradually pour the water and mix very well.

  11. Scoop a spoon of the mixture and flatten in a greased pan or plate. Then chill for about 30 minutes.

  17. Grease pan with a small amount of oil. Pour mixture into the pan.

  19. Stir mixture while boiling. This is to avoid milk from getting overcooked.
