You may be able to find a pattern of this sort on E b a y. If you aren't successful, I have a friend in Dalhart, TX that makes these for mementos for people. She has made them for folks all over using t-shirts or pajamas provided by the person she is custom making them for. Her company is named Sew-It-Seams. I think she can be found on Face book. Or online if you look up her store name. I doubt she will sell you the pattern, but would be happy to make it for you.
