Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb peaches, cut in wedges
- 1 lb tomatoes, cut in slices
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Steps:
- Whisk the vinegar and the oil in a bowl.
- Put the peach and tomato slices on a plate.
- Drizzle the vinegar and oil on the peaches and tomatoes.
- Put the basil on top.
- Put salt and pepper on last.
- Serve right away and enjoy!
