Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup creamy style peanut butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 3/4 cups sifted flour
• 2 tsp. soda

Directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add peanut butter and eggs; mix well. Sift flour and soda and combine with creamed mixture. Shape into 1 1/2 inch rolls, wrap and chill. Slice 1/8 inch thick, bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
