Blend powdered sugar and peanut butter until crumbly. Put 3/4 of crumbs in bottom of pie crust. Mix pudding according to directions on box. Pour into 9 inch baked pie shell. When set, top with Cool Whip and remaining crumbs.

This was the 1st peanut butter pie I ever made. I had it in a restaurant in Minnesota about 40 years ago. I like to use cooked vanilla pudding though.
