Crust:
Filling:
For crust: Mix ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. Cool.
For Filling: Soften cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and whip. Add 1/2 carton of Cool Whip. Beat and spread on crust layer. Mix pudding and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill. Top with rest of Cool Whip; refrigerate.
