Is there a secret to peeling soft boiled eggs? I have no problem with the hard boiled ones. I want the soft center egg to still be hot after it is peeled, but I did ice it quickly for a minute, but the shell was stuck tight. The membrane wouldn't give at all. Any tips from you thriftyfuners?

Boil the eggs with vinegar in the water. Use at least two tablespoons per egg. After boiling run under cold water. Then fill the pot with cold water and peel the eggs under the water.
Use a knife to cut off the top of the egg and scoop it out with a spoon. It's hard not to get a little shell in it, but not as hard as peeling it!
We slice off the top of the egg with a knife and scoop it out of the shell.
