You can make perfect hardboiled style eggs by popping them in the oven. Preheat your oven for 325 to 350 degrees F. Put raw eggs in muffin tins and bake for about 30 minutes. I tried this with my toaster oven and it turned out great. I adjusted it to about 320 degrees F and baked for 25 minutes. After they're done, drop them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. They're easy to peel and are deliciously creamy.
