How do I remove a permanent marker stain from my dryer?

WD 40. Open a window while you do it and wipe off after you are done
If this is INSIDE your dryer, use a little rubbing alcohol on a white rag. When you are done, go back over the surface with another white rag (use clean water wrung out very well) just to make sure there is no residue.
If this is the OUTSIDE of your dryer, you could try going over the marker with a DRY ERASE marker and wiping it up as you go with a dry cotton rag. I would not do this for the inside as it could leave residue that could get on clothes.
Never use any kind of chemicals inside your dryer as you can risk causing a fire. Especially never use any bleach or ammonia etc.
Post back with an update.
I agree with Pghgirl about using alcohol if the stain is inside your dryer.
It may take a few times to remove stains completely.
Wipe several times with cloths and clean water just to be sure all residue has been removed.
