Supplies:
wood or heavy cardboard
mod podge
paint brush

Steps:
Print desired picture the size you prefer. The one pictured here was printed on an 8 1/2 by 11" paper.
Cut out around the edges. Glue onto wood or cardboard. Using a jigsaw for the wood or scissors for the cardboard, cut around the edges. Make a wooden or cardboard stand. (If you want to make these into paper dolls, that is also a fun option.)
Mod podge the surface with two or three coats of mod podge. Paint the back. Screw onto the stand made from wood a square of wood or glue onto cardboard square.
