I'm not very old and my mom just got married, she got married to a husband that I like, but the two other kids I don't. They are stealing my relationship with my pets away and I don't know what to do! At first, when we weren't sharing houses, my dog and cat both slept with me and now, the cat is with the 10 year old girl and the dog with the 7 year old boy.

Maybe it's time for a kitten or puppy of your very own-this means you would have complete responsibility for the new companion's welfare including feeding, cleaning up after, training and exercising, etc. This also means that the kitten or puppy will see you as their Person and will probably want to spend most if not all their time with you.
If you feel you are really ready for the responsibilities of being a pet parent, talk to your family about it. Once everyone agrees, head for the nearest shelter and find your new roomie.
Be sure the new step-siblings understand this is YOUR new fur-baby. Expect too that your former fur-roomies may not take the presence of a new fur-baby well so there may be some jealousy from the cat and dog at the new addition. The shelter, and online searches using the search term 'introducing a new cat/dog to established cat/dog' will yield lots of good tips on every one making a good adjustment.
Good luck! I hope you'll update this and maybe include a picture of your new fur-baby if you (and your family-remember, they have to agree too) decide you're ready for such a huge job:)
I think you need to tell your mom you would like a family meeting or at least meet with your mom and step-dad. Tell everyone at the meeting that you are lonely since your pets no longer are sleeping with you.
