Did Phaff make a Japanese De Lux model?

The closest I could place Phaff with a Japanese sewing machine was when they joined forces with Janome (a Japanese sewing machine company) in the 1960s. You might try the Janome site for information on that model, they did make a 'De-Luxe' machine.
It's possible, if your machine says 'Japanese De-Luxe', that it was made by Janome-Phaff for a specific company, this is called 'branding' and a number of sewing machine manufacturers do 'branding'-the only exception to that I know of is Singer, who have (no matter what anyone tries to tell you) never done 'branding' but always sell their machines as Singer sewing machines.
If your machine is a 'branded' machine you may still be able to find an instruction manual and parts (for example feet and other attachments) through Phaff and or Janome. Have your model and serial number written on a sheet of paper so you can use the search functions at their websites:
Use the general search function on the home page to search for replacement manuals and parts, the search will take you to a page with a drop down menu and an option to key in your model name/number and/or serial number. That should take you to the page you need.
