Ingredients:
- 12 ounces green beans, trimmed
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain.
- Lightly grease a pan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and pine nuts. Toast for a couple minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add drained green beans to pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for a couple minutes while tossing. Serve immediately.
