Just mix all the ingredients and put in a graham cracker crust. Chill for several hours. Enjoy this super easy and tasty pie.

Is that instant pudding or the cook and serve kind? Recipe sounds yummy.
Is the vanilla pudding prepared per package instruction, or used dry? Also what size can crushed pineapple and is it drained?

Prepare the pudding, then add a small can of diced pineapple please drain well before you mix with the pudding in cool whip. I have also adding cherries to this.
Sorry I haven't been back to respond. I have been to emergency room (12 hour stay) some kind of virus. I just put 2 small packages of dry instant pudding in a bowl, 1 regular size pineapple crushed pineapple (I drain about half the liquid in a cup). Pour the crushed pineapple in the pudding and mix, if too thick and a little of the reserved. Fold in the coolwhip and refrigerate until set. Thanks, dorothy
This is a great recipe mama! Ladies, you get two 3.4oz boxes of instant vanilla pudding, a 20oz can of crushed pineapple, and a large container of cool whip, you mix all ingredients as is, do not prepare the pudding first.
