The sweetest of the bunch! You can use canned pineapple, but I prefer fresh cut up pineapple.
Ingredients:
- 1/2- 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple
- fresh mint (2-3 large leaves)
- glass quart-size canning jars (with lid and ring)
- muddler or long-handled spoon
- filtered water or tap water
Steps:
- Place several good sized chunks of pineapple into the jar.
- Add the juices from cutting the pineapple into the jar.
- Using the muddler, crush up the pineapple a bit.
- Add three or so large mint leaves crush them some as well.
- Fill the jar up with water and shake. Refrigerate and enjoy!
