Whip sweetened condensed milk and then the whipped topping together. Fold in pie filling, pears, pineapple, and nuts. Chill or freeze as desired. Spoon into a large bowl to serve or freeze in a 9x13 inch pan. Cut in squares and garnish with the maraschino cherries, halved.

Mix together and refrigerate. Could also be frozen and served with graham cracker crust.

It really isn't pink, but this is the name my niece Erin gave it when she made it in kindergarten!
Mix together cottage cheese, Cool Whip, and dry jello. Stir in fruit and refrigerate for 2 hours or over night.
Stir everything together, carefully. We don't need a lot of mandarin orange juice in this salad. Best if allowed to chill overnight. This salad is good as dessert, too.

My family calls this "Pink Fluffy Stuff". This has been my favorite dish for years. Personally it isn't Christmas / Easter (we go out to dinner for Thanksgiving) without it.
I don't like manderin oranges so we use crushed pineapple drained, diced cherries, pecan pieces and strawberry banana jello. Don't forget the mini marshmallows. Yum Yum!
