Directions:
Set rolls in oven to let them rise. When they have defrosted and almost doubled in size, flatten. In center, spread pizza sauce. Top the sauce with pepperoni and desired fillings. Sprinkle cheese over the sauce and filling. Fold in half and seal edges together, pinching with fingers. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Believe me, they won't last long. They are so good. Great for a meal or as a snack! Yummy!
Roll or pat until flat each biscuit. Place about a tablespoon of the pizza sauce (with several drops of hot sauce, if desired) in the middle. Sprinkle a little cheese on it. Put several slices of pepperoni on top then add more cheese. Fold the biscuit around the pepperoni and seal all the edges.

Bake in 350 degree F oven for about 15 minutes or for the time listed on the can of biscuits. Check after about 10 minutes to make sure they don't get too brown. So good, bet you can't eat just one!
