My dog dropped a small hard plastic ball in the toilet bowl. It's stuck all the way up.

I am confused by what you mean. :-( If it is in the flushing it down hole portion and you can still see it perhaps you could pierce it with a sharp fork or knife and pull it out? (12/01/2010)
