We love animals at our house. We have one betta, lovingly named Mr. Red, who lives in our bathroom. We recently decided to buy two more bettas, and keep them in the kitchen. They are interesting fish, and very easy to to take care of. They need water which is not cool, but lukewarm, or as I call it, neither hot or cold, in these tanks. They like to be talked to and interacted with. Here is how we take care of and house our bettas in our home.

I'm sure you know, fish are intelligent creatures. You may not know some species can learn faster than dogs. Your Bettas may benefit from larger home. At the very least, they need more intellectually stimulating objects in their environment.
I have had Bettas in my life: Mr. Bubbles, Wade and Gil.....I thought all cute names for these fish. Nowaday I have a 10 gallon and 29 gallon aquarium with fantail guppies, and 1 large angelfish, who keeps the baby population down.
Hi,
I love the names you picked for your Bettas.
It's a really good idea to keep the guppies with the angelfish!
I keep the most beautiful guppies in another tank, Petco takes about 100 babies from me every 2 months, without the angel fish in the other tank it would be population explosion! The angel fish I got only 4 months ago and his diet has made him huge.
Hi,
I looked up Angelfish on Wikipedia, and if they are a very interesting species of fish. They are very beautiful also!
