Traditionally full 52 card deck is used in Texas Holdem. Players need to get the best combination of 5 cards from 7 available (2 hole cards and 5 showed on the table).

Royal Flush: This is the best available combination. If you get 10, Jack, Queen, King, Ace (10, J, Q, K, A) all the same suit - you can be sure that you are unbeatable. It's impossible to collect two Royal Flushes from one desk.
Straight Flush: This is the second valued combination. You need to get 5 sequential cards all the same suit. If two players at the table have Straight Flush, player with the highest card wins.
Four of a Kind or Quads: This is the third combination. The possibility to collect four cards of one value is higher comparing to two first combinations despite the probability of such hand is only 0.05%.
Full House: This is the fourth combination. You need to collect 3 cards of one value and a pair of another value. For example, three Jacks and a pair of Sevens is Full House and pronounced as "Jacks full of Seven". If two or more players have Full Houses, player with higher value of three cards wins. If value of these cards is equal, value of pairs is compared next.

Flush: This is the fifth combination. The probability to collect five cards all the same suit is 0.2%. If two or more players have Flush, value of highest cards is compared. If two players have high cards with equal value, than following cards are compared. This procedure can last till the last of five cards. If collected Flushes are totally equal, than pot splits between two players.
Straight: This is the sixth combination. You need to get 5 sequential cards. Their suits don't matter so the probability of such combination is 0.4%. There are 10,000 possible Straights in the deck
Three of a Kind or Set or Trips: This is the seventh combination. 55,000 of three cards with the same value can be found in the deck. The probability to collect this combination is more than 2%.

Two Pairs This is the eighth combination. The value of pairs determines the winner in situations when several players get two pairs.
Pair: A simple pair is the ninth combination. Very often players a win pot due to the one pair. Paired hole cards are valued high as the chances to get Set growth from 2% to 5%.
At the end, you always can win the pot even without having any of described above combinations. If nobody at the table has a complete hand, the owner of the highest card is the winner. 43% of all hands end in such way.
