I woke up this morning to a collapsed ceiling in my daughter's closet. There is a leak in the upstairs bathroom. We have no money, are in bankruptcy, and in danger of losing our home. How can I get low cost or free plumbing help?

This one could prove to be difficult if the bank is trying to take your home away from you. There are government agencies out there that can help you out. HUD is one of them. You can also go to local churches and talk with people to see if they are willing to come and help out and fix up your home for you.
You best bet is a government agency or even a social worker if you are in this much debt and going to lose your home. They will be the best ones to help out and offer you some assistance.
I am so sad to hear of your troubles.
Do you belong to a local church or other religious group? If so, my suggestion is to talk to a leader there and see if they have any funds that can help you. Most people will not do plumbing and ceiling repair for free, so hopefully the group knows people who would work at reduced fees and the group could offer funding to pay for it.
Do you have young children in the house? Anyone with a disability? If so, you may be able to work with the United Way in your town to get help through a group that helps with children in need/homelessness or people with disabilities.
The last suggestion is to start a Go Fund Me account to help you make the repairs and get back on your feet. Sometimes people you know and love do not know the extent of your troubles and if they did, they would be willing to help you with small donations. Lots of small donations can add up quickly.
Post back with an update.
Sending prayers for solutions.
You can research in your area if there are volunteers that can help do the plumbing home repairs.
Sometimes churches have volunteers who can help. A vocational school may be able to as well.
