I know this is a 90s doll and not worth anything. I bought her new and have always called her my Stevie Nicks doll. I've tried to image search for her and can't find her. I'm curious what her actual name is, but more than anything I'm trying to figure out how to restore her hair to get rid of the frizz. Does anyone know if there is any kind of Timeless catalog from the 90s that could help me figure out more about her?

The Timeless brand has a lot of different series/sizes/styles so it's hard to pinpoint a special doll without all of this information.
However, you are correct when you say they are low/no value as all of these series were mass-produced and the doll market is flooded with all kinds of dolls right now.
Usually, this brand only puts the doll's name on the COA so when that is missing you may have to find a doll like yours that has their COA and the seller posts the information.
You may find your doll but it will kinda be like looking for a needle in a hay-stack.
Then again, another member may be able to provide the name for you.
