It has been gloomy and cold lately in Southern California so that calls out for soup! Very little ingredients to make this soup however, the time consuming part was simmering the pork shoulder for a few hours, other than that this is easy to whip up and kid approved!
Time varies depending on pork - best to get accurate time is to use a thermometer and have it beep when internal temperature is 145 degrees.

Total Time: 2-3 hours
Yield: Used some for soup, and some of the meat for a different meal
