These make yummy, tender, sweet-tasting chops!
Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. mixed dry fruit
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup dark Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- hot cooked rice
Directions:
- Brown chops on both sides. Drain off excess fat.
- Combine fruit, pineapple juice, Karo syrup, salt, and curry powder. Pour over chops.
- Cover and simmer 1-1 1/4 hours, turning chops occasionally, until chops are cooked.
- Serve over rice.
